Andrew McKinney

Andrew McKinney is a dedicated attorney who focuses his practice on trust and estate administration, fiduciary services, and related litigation.  He represents beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives, and families navigating complex probate and trust matters, providing practical guidance during what are often emotionally and financially challenging times.

Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from The University of Florida Levin College of Law.  He is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is committed to delivering thoughtful, results-driven representation.

Outside of his legal practice, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and staying active, reflecting his commitment to balance and well-being.
